Instructions for Presentations

For Power Point presentation you may use your own computer or the computer present in the lecture room. In the latter case please bring your presentation on USB stick or CD. You should go to the lecture room to make your presentation ready at 8.00 for early and late morning sessions, at 13.30 for early and late afternoon sessions. 

Posters:          

Please note that speakers selected on the basis of submitted abstracts are encouraged to bring their poster in addition to their PowerPoint presentation. Posters should fit the dimensions: Height 120 cm, width 70 cm and can be displayed in the room besides the lecture room from 10 AM of January 9,2012 until the afternoon of January 11,2012. Thumbtacks will be provided at site. Poster presenters should make themselves available for discussion of their poster. Poster presentations should include: title, authors, institutional affiliation, abstract, short introduction, methods, results, conclusions and discussion.
