Travel Arrangements

Participants are advised to finalize their travel plans at the earliest possible date. Foreign participants are requested to apply for Indian Visa way in advance to avoid any complication. Invitation letter if required may be obtained from the Secretary. Details of date, flight number and time of arrival at Kolkata Airport should be given to the Secretary Office not later than December 20, 2011. Kolkata may also be reached by Trains (Howrah Station and Sealdah Station).

The Conference will officially commence on the afternoon of January 08,2012. Therefore, participants should preferably arrive on January 8,2012.

Hotel Transportation

Shuttle buses will be provided for transportation from Airport to the Hotel on January 8,2012m and from the Hotel to the airport on January 11,2012. Participants will be welcomed at the airport by a conference representative. Participants arriving on days other than January 8,2012 will have to hire a taxi from the airport/station to the Hotel, Conference Centre.
